Shipping policy

Shipments:

The customer is responsible for providing the correct address based on the shipping method you select. Orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days.

Postal services by USPS:

The shipping method your Morenas Supply store uses is regular USPS mail. Shipments are processed on the next business day and once the order is processed, the customer will receive an email or text message with the tracking number provided by USPS.

Any order is considered delivered at the time the postal service confirms that it received your order, which is evidenced by the tracking number. USPS service for our clients is NOT guaranteed by Morenas Supply, as it is an external agency with which we have no contract.

Morenas Supply will NOT  take responsibility for broken, stolen or lost packages that the customer receives through USPS. The email provides a tracking number with which you as a customer can make your claim with them directly.
